How long does shipping take?

All items are made-to-order. Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be processed and produced before shipping.

After production, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays.

During high-demand periods, including playoff and Finals season, production and shipping may take slightly longer than expected.

Will my order arrive before the Finals?

We recommend ordering as early as possible. Since every item is made-to-order, we cannot guarantee delivery before a specific game date.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

We only offer replacements or refunds if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item received

Once reviewed, we will work to provide a replacement or refund if eligible.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot cancel an order once it has entered production.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need help with an order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

For a more relaxed or oversized fit, we recommend sizing up.
